This shop was created for people who love to read, people who are passionate about writing, and for friends, family and fans who like cool stuff.
This shop uses print-on-demand services to fulfill orders made. Each order placed will be printed on demand with the color, size and design that you choose. This allows for a lot of possible options for sizes, colors and styles.
Efforts have been made to find reliable print partners such as SwiftPOD, SwagRabbit, CatPrint or District Photo. Items that you order through joanielliott.com will be printed and shipped directly from one of these partners to the address you select in your order.
Production & Shipping Times
Production times can vary once you place your order. Our print partners usually average 1 or 2 business days of production time prior to shipping. However, the production time can vary based on multiple factors.
Standard shipping time is estimated at up to 2 to 5 business days for most products, but is often up 6 to 10 business days for mugs (for orders fulfilled in the US, except for AL and HI).
An extra charge for express shipping can be paid for expedited service. Express shipping is estimated to have production and delivery within 2-3 business days for orders fulfilled in the US (except AL and HI).
*Note: these are print-on-demand services for custom product orders fulfilled through our third-party partners and so there are not guaranteed delivery times for orders made on this website.
Christmas Recommended Order Submission Deadlines
Purchases completed before the included dates are expected to arrive at their destinations before Christmas (in the US, except AL and HI). Please consider these dates recommendations rather than rules.Â
*Clothing: December 12th for Standard, December 14th for Priority Â
*Journals: December 11th for Standard, December 13th for Priority.Â
*Note cards: December 11th for Standard, December 13th for Priority.
*Mugs: December 8th for Standard, December 13th for Priority.Â
Refunds & Returns
Since all items are printed on-demand, each product ordered is unique and produced only once it is ordered. This means that returns or exchanges are not available for the wrong size, color, or because someone changes their mind. However, please let us know in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error. We may be able to get a free replacement or refund if we can follow-up with the print-on-demand company within 30 days of product delivery.
